I once wondered how Jak would look like if he was in Victorian Time; and here is the result. At this moment, something is happening, I don't know why... but it looks like he is demanding something, no? I suppose this is Victorian Haven City, somewhere in the slums. But then again, I'm not sure of that either. ... It's been too long since I started it.
